Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Local Orders (within Pakistan): 3–5 working days, depending on product availability and location.
International Orders: 7–10 working days, depending on the destination country and courier service.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (customs clearance, courier delays, weather, etc.).

Local Orders: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly communicated on our website.
International Orders: Charges are based on destination, weight, and size of your order. Real-time rates will be displayed at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges upon arrival in the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to release the order from customs.
Maya Essential is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs authorities.
If a customer refuses to pay customs or import duties, the parcel may be returned to us. In such cases, Maya Essential will not be liable for any refunds, returns, or reshipment.
